Course content

Week 1: Body

This week is all about the body and digestion. How does your digestion work and where can it go wrong that causes your complaints? You will learn the "RICH method", four simple steps to improve your digestion right away.

I will give you my powerful exercises to get instant energy anytime anywhere and affirmations for a healthy body.

Week 2: Stomach & Stress

This week we will look at our stomach. But before we do that we have to start with the basics of food first. Nutrients. What are nutrients? What are carbohydrates, protein and fats and why do you need them?

Even if you are a professional, I challenge you to watch this video, as you may still learn something new..

Then we continue with the stomach. I will provide instructions of two simple tests to do at home to find out if your stomach digests your food as well as it should. We also look at the relationship between our stomach and stress. Find out how stressed you are with the easy stress test! 

Week 3: Poo & Bacteria

Did you know that your poo tells a lot about your health? What exactly you will learn this week, because we have moved on to the gut!

I will explain everything you need to know about the gut microbiome and how to nurture it. I will explain what probiotics and prebiotics are and how to use them.

You will get an antibiotics protocol for when you recently had antibiotics and we will look at your food intake, using a food diary and transit test. 

Week 4: The Trouble Makers

This week is all about food.

We look at the top 5 foods our body does not need and the top 6 foods that can cause digestive issues to some people. We will dive into the complex world of histamine.

Week 5: How to Feed your Body

This week everything we learned so far comes together. You will learn how to feed your body and make your gut happy.

Week 7: Mind

Our mind and gut are in constant communication with each other. Your mind affects your gut and visa versa. This last week we will focus on how your mindset can affect your digestion.

We will learn how our emotions affect our gut and learn how to use the "CARR method" to handle our emotions in a productive way, using four simple steps.

We look into the brain's chemical messengers and you will get a test to see how well your neurotransmitters work.
